Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

I didn't find OOTP hectic - to me it was quite boring cause there wasn't enough going on.
TBH if you say it like you did- not alot happens in DH as well.

7 Potters
Bill and Fleur's wedding
Death Eaters and Voldy take over
Finding out DD dabbled in the Dark Arts
Search for Horcruxes (inc. all battles and how to destroy them etc.)
aftermath of that

I've had a bit of a think about this and I'm not sure how much of a cliffhanger they can leave it on. I mean imagine you're sitting there in the cinema and THAT happens. I think I need to read the books again (what a chore) to see if they could cut it there....it would be ever so cruel

POA isn't that dark really though is it?? Plus as someone has previously mentioned the films are meant to get darker as the series progresses so making HBP a PG would be like going back a step.

Oh i know a lot happens generally!!:eek::eek:

The Battle of Hogwarts will be a classic on screen i am sure of it! I just mean i don't think they should split it there because otherwise the balance won't be right. Too much will happen in the first film and not enough in the second.

I think you mean books - he's only in 1 film so far but he might make an appearance in HBP for elf tails unless they cut it. In DH, it would be a crime if Dobby wasn't in it or Kreacher.
I think Jo put her foot down on Kreacher because she knew how important he was in the final book which i don't think the director, producer, screenwriter did at the time either.

Definately... If i have anything to do with it... mwahahaha :D

There will be a steady stream of new news up to the release starting soon hopefully which will be discussed, and then the build up to the film, and ater everyone will be discussing it for a long time, so i imagine it will last for a long time :D
