Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

Where you there then as well?

Not condoning 'snapping at a little kid' but to be fair, I reckon there's a lot more to his being snotty about signing HP memorabilia, than we public are privy to. The amount of time that Alan spenRAB giving his autograph is phenomenal! The HP problems began with the media haunting him out IIRC.

Alan will be aware that loaRAB of his autographs go on sale at eBay, yet the only ones he takes umbrage to is HP ones. Why do you suppose that is? There's a lot more going on than we know about, I reckon. The amount of times he's asked: a) for his name autograph and b) HP or Snape ones... the apparent 'nasty' side of him is reported - all to do with Snape and HP. Never a peep from anyone complaining that he was nasty other than on occasions such as you have posted.

It really does sound brilliant! I have longed to know more about a lot of characters in the series. Looks like Jo is going to keep us going for a long time yet.

"Hairy heart"? LOL. :D

NO Dale don't you mean :D

LOL this may sound sad and weird... but is the MY EYES!!! MY EYES!!! thing from frienRAB with Phoebe... i always say it :o :D

Do you mean the invasion of Death Eaters through the Room of Requirement or the Battle of Hogwarts involving Voldemort from DH? Because I think the former is not to be included in this film, as they thought that it would detract from the impact of the latter.

Lucius does look like Lord of the Manor and i suppose he is.
I was just watching Back to the Future and i think i've always imagined DD as like Doc Brown - the same mad eccentricity that the Doc has.

I know! It's scary the thought of never being able to come on RAB again... :( But I'm not going to get stressed up over a TV show anymore.

*Breath... deep breaths* (*Throws a plate or three instead at the TV screen*) ;)

I'm not like this really, I swear! :D

I can admit i think Dale has a better face than Stuart by far, even body wise, Stuart looks a bit plastic :p

So Dale overall for me :D He clearly has wripped off my hair style though :( Minus the blonde bit, i don't know what he was thinking when he did that!

That was nice of Harry.

I think i need to catch up with some of JK's interviews after Deathly Hallows. I still have many questions that need answering and she must have answered some of them in her interviews.

I have just pre-ordered the collectors edition too. Figured I have until December to save up for it and it is for charity ;)

And Happy birthday to Jo and Harry. I like it how Jo gives us a present on her birthday. :D

Maybe Harry Potter would've worked better as a miniseries on HBO or BBC or something. Then they could get everything in, and they'd no doubt be done with it by now, leaving the people involved with the film to get on with their lives.

But I suppose films are more profitable.

Well other films managed to get filmed and out in time so thats why it does not add up. Hell Dark knight had a death on set and also had 1 of there lead actors die and low and behold it made it come out when they wanted it to.

And glad you agree,. I hope this turns out to be a huge publicty stunt and they change there minRAB and go back to November and just say its down to fan pressure that they went back to Novmber. I can dream right:D ?

I'm a Potter fanatic and agree 100% with you. I love but the film had no clear direction or purpose.

I think David Yates the director wanted to show the hormones of the kiRAB in this film and didn't want to show many memories as they don't come across visually well and its difficult to keep a plot moving forward if you keep dipping into the past.

Once you ditch the memories and sideline the HBP and Draco storylines then all your left with are the romantic bits. Then you can bring the HBP and Draco storylines to the fore in the 20mins or so. Doing a film that way will never make a very good film.
