Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

They won't.

The only thing that might cause a change back to the original release date is some toy manufacturer/retailer getting absolutely medieval on WB's asses but that is so unlikely, both because of the licensing contracts with WB that probably let them do pretty much whatever they like, and because of the length of time it would take to bring something like that to court.

It's a done deal, accept it, move on.

TBH, HBP isn't a family film, it will be at least a 12A - ok i know that means young kiRAB can go and see it.
What about April/May during the Easter holidays. I know it sounRAB like they don't have a summer blockbuster but tbh i'm bored of summer blockbusters.

me too!!

"Your call is important to us.......you are in a queue......bla bla bla bla"

I hate being put on hold!!!!!!!:mad::mad:

Anyway...since there's no one else on...tell me about Joseph!! Where did you see it then....and what was the person who played Joseph like??? :D:D

I went to see it yesterday and for me it was the best of the Harry Potter films to date.

It felt darker and had more menace especially the scenes with
the young Tom Riddle. He could give Damien from 'The Omen' a good run for his money and certainly shows what Harry is up against now that thar child has become Voldemort.
This film has whetted my apetite for the climactic finale in the last 2 films.

9/10

It could be :D

I liked all of the trailer except the part with the waitress as I doubt Harry-from-the-books would act like that. I'm also a bit iffy about when Harry says 'but I am the chosen one' in a different trailer. I found it funny (especially Hermione's reaction) but, from what I gathered from the books, Harry hated being the chosen one and would never have said that.

I'm going to have to put all that aside when I watch it. I was fine when I watched OotP for the first time as I just enjoyed the film. (I loved it when Umbridge told Harry to tell the centaurs that she meant them no harm and he replied with something like 'but Professor, I must not tell lies'. That had me giggling for a while and caused my friend to look at me like I was mad for my prolonged amusement :D) However, when I watched it again on dvd, I couldn't help but spot everything, even little things, that were different to the books which ruined the re-watch :(

This one does look good though :D I don't think I'll mind too much (at least on first viewing) as long as it's funny and keeps my attention from wandering and comparing it to the book.

*Repeats mantra "The film is not the book. The film is not the book. The film is not the book."*

I cried a tadge when Sirius died in the book, had a lump in my throat for the film. I for a start didn't even hear Bellatrix cast the spell! I just generally didn't think they did his actual death justice at all :o

OO i love Helena (?) who plays Bellatrix, she is just unbelievably perfect!

Oh you mean Colin Creevy? Harry's biggest fan and stalker. :p

I love the character of Bellatrix. She is so bad and evil and has no remorse for any of her actions. She is definitely the scariest of all the death eaters. Helena Bonham Carter has portrayed her terrifically well. She played Bellatrix in a very demented and mad sort of way which makes her seem even more dangerous. And i love her cackling in the film - a typical evil witch's laugh. :D

I know!! I am getting so impatient from waiting and waiting.

I hope the powers above are reading this and if indeed they did film those bits and edit them out then hopefully put them back on the DVD:)

When reading the books you alway imagine the caracters a certain way. I think Lavender is a good casting slightly more esentirc than how i imagined her but great still
