Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

Personally i am not bothered what the test screeners say as i am wanting to make up my own mind and i have a feeling i am going to like it, i loved OOTP when a lot of people felt let down.
Can't wait to see it in IMAX though! :D

Oh you would care, dont kid yourself :p

Ah see i'm not that bad! :D

But its better to show your emotions... in a controlled manner ;) :p

 You didn't cry when Dumbledore died or at the funeral!?

I think either

Have the gap after Godric's Hollow and the confrontation with Nagini

or

After the escape from Malfoy Manor, end with Dobby's death *sob sob sob*

What people forget is that these films are 'based on the books' as opposed to straightforward visual representations of the books.
As separate media I think both the books and films have strong points and weak points.

I appreciate that they have to leave some aspects out, however the aspect I have the concern with is the Gaunts and the fact that he had only 2 0r 3 lessons with Dumbledore.
Other than that I feel the acting performances (Watson and Wright excluded) were some of the strongest and most believable so far in the series and I look forward to seeing more.
The contrasts between the Drama and Darkness of Draco's task and Ron's humor is played out beautifully, as is the same contrast within Harry's scenes (some are dark, some are light comedy relief)
However I doubt that the kiRAB would be mucking around with love nearly as much as they are if the situation was as grave as made out in the books.

I also think Harry should have had more of a reaction to finding out Snape is the HBP, as he just seemed to accept it and move on (much like Sirius death) and also, When Dumbledore is killed I feel Harry should have been charmed, as him standing back is the complete opposite of the Harry that has been portrayed throughout the books and films. The Harry we know would not have stayed silent underneath the tower, he would have jumped up to fight Malfoy.
Nice Dark/Drama & Comedy contrast, but the ratio is appalling.

Anyways, I get you dont like Gambon, lots dont, lots do.

Nothing we can do about it :)

Not getting into it again as we could go on for hours!

Spoiling my trailer excitment aint gonna happen today!! :D:D

I wonder what versions they would do in the far away future...

Hmmm i wouldnt ever personally... but I'm only 19! And your only 25  I really wouldn't worry about it at all!!
When your meant to meet Mr Right you will! Like on friday when Stu is evicted :p

Fantastic trailer! Currently reading HBP and it's all looking good IMHO.

For some reason Luna's Spectrespecs jumped out at me, love them!

One question, do you think the Millenium Bridge is being used as the Bridge refered to as having been destroyed by Death Eaters in the opening chapter of the book (The Other Minister, although in the book I think the bridge certainly isn't in London)?
