Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

Saw it yesterday and probley my favorite out of all them. It was quite good and really funny in a lot of parts. Not to say there was not bad parts.

Daniel Radcliffe i personally feel is still so limted as an actor. When he was crying over Dumbledore i laughed and smailed as i felt nothing because he can just not cry or full or emotion at all . When is he upset or has to produce emotion in a scene he just has the same tone of voice. It bugged me in some parts and esp in the Dumbledore death scene. All of the kiRAB have aged so badly. Espicelly the slytherinas. when they are all on the train and you see them its like oh my god some of you should of been recasted as you dont look 16.

Good parts, Jessie Cave was soo good and her and Rupert played there parts so well. Emma has improved alot and her and Daniel do there scenes well together. Michael Gambon has toned down Dumbledore so i dont have to scream at his bad acting as Dumbledore. Tom as Draco was great and really good to watch all his scenes.

Bonnie's acting is a complete joke and her as Ginny and Harry romance was so forced it was great to watch as then you get an end scene with Hermione and Harry and you see what real chemisty is on scene and as a Harry and Hermione shipper i am glad Ginny is such a loser in this film. All down to Bonnie i am sure as she can not act.

Loved Cormac McLaggen and his figer licking scene with Hermione . So sooo funny :)

No Gaunts, No Scrimgrour (or Percy), no battle at the end (Harry just chases them out of the castle), no funeral! They even add a scene with Death Eaters (at the Burrow) which irked me.

I was quite disappointed as you can tell!

BUT - great performances from Felton, Broadbent and newbie Jesse. Also good comedy from Grint and Radders. Watson also not as annoying!

Exactly! Watch again and dont remember whats not there! :D

I didnt think it was rushed myself either! I was delighted they gave it so long! :o:D

Agreed- the possession was superb! I was thrilled with that!

Harris was exactly how I pictured Dumbledore when I first started reading the books. Gambon's is decent, but like the guy above me said, a bit arrogant at times. It is funny how some people didn't even realise there had been a change though.

Nearly 200 pages!!

I agree with stumcd about the wait being too long!

Apparently either the trailer was leaked early or it was cut (not sure thats the right word) before the film was pushed back, as it says this year.

I was so excited when I saw it but nobody was around to share it with until I logged off!!!! :(

Thanks for answering all my questions :D
That will prob be better having a smaller gap between the films as they do continue on from each other!
I'm really excited to see these last two and really interested to see how they've adpted the book to the film :)

I know! Like . . .
What really happened in the chamber of secrets with Ron and Hermione?
What really happend in all those stolen hours by the lake between Harry and Ginny?

actually hold that thought......it was Snape who told the Order that harry said 'They've got Padfoot in the place where it's hidden' (quote from the movie not the book)

So did Snape tell the Order that? He wasn't to know that Harry would go off to the department of mysteries though did he.....:confused::confused:
