How's the screenplay coming along Priggy?

All my hope as now gone after that dismal film. I hoped that they'd get it right one day but i now know they won't because J.K Rowling let them make that film.
She obviously no longer cares about the story because that film was horrendous.
No where near enough time talking or even seeing about the horcruxes. It's the main bloody point from the book and essential knowledge for the next book and films.
And the main big piece of the film with dumbledore's death was really badly done. We hardly even saw Dumbledore get hit by the curse.
That and the following scenes were the best part of the book. No show of any kind of emotion from Snape, where was the revulsion. Draco disarming Dumbledore in that way rather than whilst he was freezing Harry. They needed the fight with the teachers and the Order of the Phoenix to give it some climax but got none of that. Even Harry chasing Snape was horrendous, with the revalation of being the Half Blood Prince an afterthought. It's the title of the film for goRAB sake give it a decent bit of drama.
There has not been enough information about the outside wizarding world, which i think is needed to understand the gravity of what Voldemort manages to do.
The acting was as horrendous as usual with a few redeeming characters such as Luna and when Ron was dosed with the love potion.
Horribly bad film that gives nothing to the non book reading film goers.

In my opinion though :p
 
I always save it for now :D Much too busy during the day to watch it! :D

Thinking about Dean, priggy, thats a good idea...I know we know about his father/Death Eaters etc but I would love to know more! :)
 
ooh...so it might not be true????

I'm warming to the new Burrow scene now I've seen the trailer....looks fantastic...very intense

But i'm not keen on the lack of a funeral scene.....I suppose it depenRAB on how they do it....but they need to win me over!
 
Just listening to the latest Mugglecast - i can't believe how many adverts there are at the beginning which is annoying and makes me not wanna listen to it.

Thats what i thought at first, wasn't she wearing pjs? That would make sense if she had just been woken up at night for the battle! But that doesnt explain the water...

Hi JJ! Im better now thanks, day after and everything! :)

I thought Azkaban was just so different from the first two films, so so much better and it really was a lot "darker" as they say. Did Alfonso just do the one film then?

Is it Yates who is doing the rest?
