I don't know what console it is on, but do this:
On the file with that game on it, delete it. Just go to the memory card and go to the file with the game in it and just erase it. For other consoles, just delete that game file. This has worked a lot for me in the past and its it shouldn't have any more problems. Hope it helps! If all else fails, just clean the lens and the disc.
