HarleyGoodies Floorboard Extension Review Thread For Baggers

HG extensions were the 1st mod I did on my 08 EGC. I bought the bike new and was not unhappy with anything at that point. I installed them in about 30 mins about a month after i got it and noticed the difference right away. Much more comfortable and more room to move around. Though this is my third season with them, I thought you should know that i'm still satisfied. Excellent quality, excellent service, you'd never know they were "aftermarket". Tom runs a great operation.
 
All of this praise Tom...I don't know how your head still fits thru your front door! Let me add a bit more. The fit, finish and ergonomics of this simple addition are outstanding. I even tilted the front of my floorboards up in the front while I had it all apart. WOW! What a difference. I highly recommend this product if you are even considering something like this. There is no question that the stock design lacks a little comfort.

So I decided to give these a try on my new Ultra. I ordered on Sat morning 8/7/10. The package arrived at my door on Mon morning 8/9/10. That was from Cali to New England.

The parts were nicely packaged which included clear installation instructions. It took about 20min to install.

I have to say the foot position is much more comfortable for me, and talk about service, you couldn't ask for better than that.

I installed these about a month ago, and it's a 100% better then the stock postion. The only problem is on the brake side I could us a little more room. Does anyone know it the make a longer brake lever?
 
Placed my order on Saturday morning. The set was in my mailbox on Monday afternoon. I think Tom stares at his PC for incoming orders, and gets to work on the label maker for the packaging. It was awesome...they went on in 10 minutes, and BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! No more boot burns! Great mod...
 
It took 2 days to get mine, they were packed very good, easy read instructions, and they went on with NO problems. Would i get them again, YOU BET, really makes a worth while change in the way it feels when riding. THANKS TOM , Try them, you'll like them.
