HarleyGoodies Floorboard Extension Review Thread For Baggers

Okay, I've read about these over a year and never thought that an inch would make that much of a difference (insert joke here). The other day I noticed that I ride with my feet on the outside of the boards. I just ordered some about 2 minutes ago. I'm leaving on a 1K+ ride with my wife in a few weeks so I hope to have them by then.
 
Yes my thoughts are somewhat similar. I'd ordered but fudged it somehow - no matter as Tom was on the phone to me in the UK to sort the issue and they are currently winging their way across the pond.

Was one of the lucky winners of a set of HD extensions. My sincere thanks to Tom and his generosity. I installed them yesterday. The kit was perfect in every way. Fit, finish, quality, and easy instructions. Probably spent no more than a half hour on the install. I have a motorcycle lift but did not find it necessary except when done to measure the right floor board for adjustment to match the left. My wife and I took a 200 or so mile day trip today so I could try them out. Frankly, I wish I had bought a set much sooner. That extra extension allows my feet to rest fully on the floor boards with no disruption to the shifter or brake pedal. It also alows me to fully rest my heels on the floor boards with the balls of my feet on the highway pegs...very comfortable. I am a moderately agressive rider, and would see no problems with the boards hitting the pavement...thats just me though. Thanks again Tom...a fine product. I'll be watching your site for more good things.
 
WOW Tom, where did you mail these from? Next door? I got them super fast and installed them in under 10 minutes. I dont know why I waited so long to order them. Thanks again.
