UK not USA! What minimum age is it when you can purchase a Harley Davidson Sportster 883? I am 14 and am verrrrrrrrry passionate about Harley's. I am not an idiotic, dangerous speed freak!... I just love the culture and thrill of riding a Harley/Cruiser and can't wait. Please Help!

you can't legally ride one until after taking your full bike test at 17 and then having it restricted to 33 bhp ( considering they are not more than 50 bhp) this won't be difficult but it will be a total slug. and will not pull the proverbial skin off of a rice pudding.
My advice to you is look for a daddw 50 by AJS, you can ride this at 16 and is a real motorbike and looks like a harley right down to the screaming eagle.. Then at 17 get your hands on a 125 possible an Aquila by hyosung. once test past they make a 250 but buy second hand all the way. then if the bug has still got you.
Go for the Harley ( i wouldn't but this is your choice not mine)..
Buy the 883 and when you can afford it fit barrels and pistons from a 1200. either that or save up for a buell engine to fit in..
The buell produces twice the horse power and is still a HD engine.
Above all enjoy being on a bike..

If you aren't interested in speed, agility, weight or getting what you pay for, the Sportster would be a great choice. Be prepared to eat alot of Triumph dust.
