Harley Davidson License Help?

How many licenses do you need to drive a Harley Davidson Street Bob? Please help... I am very confused. Do you need to be able to drive a car or anything else. I have never ridden a motorcycle before (apart from a push bike) and I am very passionate and enthusiastic about these historic vehicles. I am desperate to ride them although I am not old enough yet (14); I know you have to be 21+ to ride full power. I will appreciate any help!

To obtain a motorcycle license you first must have a motor vehicle license. Then you take the written test for a Motorcycle learners permit. Once you have the permit and feel you can safely ride a motorcycle you can take the road test. When you past the road test an M will be posted on your license and now you can ride all you want. I recommend you take a motorcycle safety course. If you past the course you don’t have to take the state road test.
