Hard wearing mountain bike?

im looking for a good mountain bike that has disk brakes preferably hydraulic and to do a bit of off road but ive got a budget of £300
 
You need to increase your budget for something with Hydraulic disc brakes. A new set of Avid Juicy Seven hydraulic brakes costs three hundred quid alone.

To stay in your budget, try Cannondale F7. A very light bike that can handle anything UK singletrack can throw at it.
