for the first time, i filled my hard drive up.

the message i got was " your hard drive must be full, or something silly like that "

i swear to god, that was the error message.

so who filled there hard drive before?
and what was the message you recieved?

I seem to remember a while back that some Microsoft workers were putting silly messages on windows. I cant remember what version it was. I think it was 95 or 98 version.

filled a 1TB drive and got the dreaded HDF - CSS ! :(

in the old days WINDOWS 3.1 had a different message with complex hex code ! good old days with a 850 MB HD !! :O

The good old days(disc wise). MS-DOS you had to load Command.com. If you wanted any other command not included within Command.Com you had to load a second disc containing these commands.

There was only one 3.5 or 5.25 disk drive. No hard drive. If you wanted to print landscape you had to enter 26 different commands, unless you had the ability to create a macro file to do it for you.

Alan Sugar brought out a 3 inch drive on Amstrad. Trying to beat IBM. It was one of the biggest flops in computing.:)

Just a wee bit of absolutely useless information.
