Animation director for Pete's Dragon, co-director of The Rescuers, and director of many fine "cult" films such as The Secret of NIMH, An American Tail, Rock-a-Doodle, and Anastasia!

Happy 71st birthday! I am still looking forward to the "Dragon's Lair" movie.

Have always loved Don Bluth's style. I used to watch The Secret of NIMH all the time when I was little, and Titan A.E. was a great movie that deserved to do much better at the box office than it did. We need more animated movies like that.

Happy birthday, Mr. Don Bluth. I love watching some of his cult movies like All Dogs Go To Heaven, An American Tail and the Secret of NIMH. While I do wish that those movies aired more on television, I think its better that they're available on DVD. I haven't bought any of them yet, but that's because I usually don't buy movies that often. I should really change that. Anyway, happy birthday!

And I just bought Titan A.E. today.

Happy Birthday Mr. Bluth! Thanks for the inspiration and the memories. Hope for special editions of American Tail, Land Before Time(first movie I ever saw), and All Dogs go to Heaven in the near future.

And best of luck with Dragons Lair!

Happy 71st Mr. Bluth!

You gave me some great movies for my childhood, I do miss seeing new things by you though, I hope you do have the time to someday create a few more good ones. :)

Secret of NIMH was the movie that made me fall in love with animation, giving me the ability to appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of animation itself. Happy Birthday Mr. Bluth.

Just last weekend, I was looking to see what he's done since Titan AE and ended up watching that Scissor Sisters video he did work on.

Don is a legend. When I was a kid, his movies were the ones that always brought me close to tears.

Happy B-day

Happy birthday. Thumbelina was the first movie I saw in theaters and I wanted to see Troll in Central Park. I love Secret of Nimh, All Dogs Go to Heaven, and Rock-a-Doodle.
