Hannah Montana 3D

Just got back from seeing this film. It was not good.

I am not a very big Hannah Montana film but I have her 2nd album (I won it in a raffle) and it is ok. Me and my frienRAB went to see it for a laugh. It was not funny.

There were a few things:

1. The screening was sold out!! (wtf!) Who would actually pay to see this movie (I didn't, before you ask. I have an Unlimited Card!) This meant I had to sit next to a 5-year old girl who knew every word.

2. The 3D is not any good. The documentary side of the film is not in 3D, which is a good part of the movie (about half). The only times the 3D is actually helpful is when the drummer throws a drumstick at the camera.

3. The average age of the cinemagoer was 5. No joke. We were among the eldest there and we're 16! And who lets 6 year olRAB go to the cinema by themselves????

4. Songs are cut out. Many songs from the concert were cut out, including many of the best off her album.

I am warning you, do NOT go and see this movie. If you want to go and see a 3D concert movie, see (the much-better) U23D instead.

3/10

Wow i cant believe somebody went to see this movie . And Hannah Montana is for pre-teens so of course you would of been the oldest person there at 16 as your way to old to watch a movie like this. The pre-teen market will love it tho as its cheesy poptastic . Go and watch something you're own age before you bitch about a kiddies movie.

I am 13, and took my little sister and her friend to see it today. I really enjoyed it. :o I like Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus and most of her songs, so it was a good watch. Although I didn't really understand why it was in 3D, because as you say the only times the effects were actually really needed was when the drum stick is thrown, and in the opening credits. However I do think the 3D give a better 'atmopshere'. I wouldn't recommend the film for any people over my age, but I thought it was great. :)
