Handful of channels

Hello, after the recent card swap I disconnected the receiver while I remodeled the room and upon hooking everything up, approx 3 weeks long out of the stream, I don't get my subscriptions, the other 2 in the house that were left in the stream, are fine. Receiver is a 3100.

Anyone experience this?
 
Everybody will have the same problem if they take a receiver out of the datastream for 3 weeks.

You need to call into Bell TV and have them re - hit the receiver to bring back the missing channels.
 
Or just leave it hooked up for a few days and the channels will return. There is also an option in the menu under customer support\technical assistance that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't that will also re-hit your receiver.
