Best "all purpose" legal advice.

Officer Says: (Anything whatsoever other than ask you for your name/ID which you should give him)

You Say: I am going to cooperate fully, I just want my attorney present.

Case closed ... in any kind of a situation like this where a cop indicates "you are going to jail", that's a big deal and is going to cost you at least $1000 so it's worth to get an attorney, so just keep saying the above over and over again.

as far as im concerned police are pretty people who have never had any real power in there life. so as soon as they get one iota of the stuff they go berserk with it acting like they are the almighty god and that all must conform and obey their will!

...he do this? we decided to have a few people over (as in 7 exactly) to chill and play drinking card games very casual. Well I came into the gathering later because I had to work, so everyone had already started to drink without me. As not even a hour went on the police show up knocking on the door and I was sitting right infront of it relaxing on the chair sitting on the computer. As soon as someone let him in he looking right at me and said " you stand up, your going to jail" and when I asked why he said because "i didnt answer the door" he then issued MIP's I was never shown was I blew, and 30 minutes later before issuing the ticket I asked for another one because he couldnt even remember what I blew and took a stabb in the dark with it, but i was denied a second. But, for one I thought they were unable to ask me questions while detained, because if I thought I was being arrested they have to make sure I know my rights under the miranda law before going forward. Also, I thought if asked a second breathalyzer (esp. under the conditions) they can refuse me one. just looking for legal advice. thanks!
i forgot to mention the house i was at wasnt mine, it was my friends i was with, i am also not of age im 19.
