Hand gun in Florida, age?, FFL?

Ok so ive read the law and all that snazz. And from what I understand a 18-20 year old can buy a hand gun in florida it just has to be from a private seller. I am 20 and dont feel like waiting another 4 months to get a pistol. The place i was looking at buying it from is not listed as a FFL dealer, does that mean they are considered a private seller?
