Halo Combat Evolved Loading Error (360, arcade)?

So yesterday I downloaded Halo1 onto my 360 (which is a 120 gb) for the 1200 MS points offer thingy. And so I played it all night yesterday, or at least, I tried to play it. Everytime I go into the 2nd level (Halo) it always says that my disc can't be read because it is either dirty or damage. But I don't have a disc! Everything's saved onto my hard drive! How do I fix this?
