Halloween Horror Movies Ended?

Hello,

My mate told me that he read on the internet somewhere that they are not going to make anymore Halloween films (the ne's with that white masked murderer Mich' Myer'. I hope that they don't stop making them they are good.
 
I quick bit of Googling came up with this site.

That site linked me to this site. And on this site it says:



So there is going to be a Halloween 9. I am not sure about all the numbers. I have seen 1-5 and Halloween H20 and Halloween: Resurrection. That makes 7! :confused:
But on Amazon they have this. Is this Halloween 6 I think.
 
Quite how the newer ones are being justified when it comes to giving them the green light is amazing!!.

I saw the H20 one this year and it was pointless, how they could hype it up as the anniversary movie was a travesty.

It offered nothing new on the already stale stable of Halloweens already forced onto the screen.

The last few have been quite awful, I wonder what John Carpenter think's of all these inferior slashers ??.
 
I believe that this crossing-over is the way to go for these horror soaps. It at least brings *something* original to all the series.

The ultimate one would be:

Freddy manipulating Michael to fight Jason, who is controlled by Pinhead. At the end they would all be killed by Ash.

To answer your question Mick H, I am not entirely sure. They managed to create a storyline to bring make Myers so they will be able to do that, if they wanna that is
 
If you guys dont want to know what happens then TOUGH!!! It has already happened, most people have saw it so it is no longer regarded as a SPOILER!
