Halloween Costume-? ?

I've had some pretty lame costumes in the past, usually because I've never had original ideas and i always forgot about it until the morning of Halloween so I make a costume on the spot with 16 min until the bus came for school.

What I'm asking is that if you have any good ideas, can you please tell me?
Or you can tell me how to make any one of these costumes cheaply and easily:
1. Greek goddess with a modern twist
- Top of dress, the one shoulder thing with material dangling
