Halloween Cartoons

Well, I usually try to watch cartoons related to upcoming holidays, and Halloween is in just a few weeks, so... anyone have any suggestions? I've been watching the Treehouse of Horror Simpsons episodes all month, and I plan to watch the Home Movies Halloween episode... anything else I should watch?

Two biggies:

It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and Garfield's Halloween Adventure.

Two giant musts for me every Halloween.

Words to live by.

Those two specials are so important to me that it isn't Halloween time without them. They never play the Garfield one anymore so I bought the DVD of all 3 Garfield specials.

I don't think I've watched Garfield's Halloween Adventure before or I haven't seen it in ages. I still watch It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown every year though. It isn't Halloween if I don't watch that special. Same goes for The Nightmare Before Christmas since it has the qualities of both holidays and its a pretty darn good movie to boot. Those are the main Halloween cartoons I usually watch.

I've already seen the first eight seasons' episodes this year.

I don't think I've seen that before, since I was never a big Ren and Stimpy fan, but I'll probably end up watching it.

Ah, yes. I'll probably watch my laser disc of that sometime soon.

Yeah, I'll be sure to watch those, too.

There are some "South Park" episodes that are good Halloween/scary themed.

Spookyfish
Korn's Groovy Pirate Mystery

There are some "Animaniacs" ones as well. There was the one where Slappy and Skippy go trick or treating and the one where the Warners are in Hell and run into Satan.

I like "It's the Great Pumpkin,Charlie Brown"....I try to watch it when it airs on TV every year (one of these days,I'll get around to actually purchasing the Peanuts Holiday specials on DVD...they're always fun to watch)...

...and pretty much any of the Simpson's "Treehouse of Horror" episodes...the last couple weren't that great, but the earlier ones still make me laugh....(I loved their parody of Dracula with Mr. Burns....Homer: "Kill my boss?...Do I dare live out the American dream?"...)

....and I watch The Nightmare Before Christmas year-round.... ....it's a favorite movie of mine (I love the songs!!!)...

Even though many people have mentioned them as must see already, I still have to toss Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown and the Garfield specials into the mix. Both have a Halloween mystiqe that will never fade in my opinion, they are without a doubt timeless classics.
