Halloween Camp out...Scary pranks??

On the night of Halloween '09, I will be having a few of my close friends camp out in my back yard for Halloween. We have 3 small tents we will spread out in my lard yard. I need some REALLY scaring pranks that'll make them scream bloody murder. And these girls aren't your normal shriek at the site of a bug girls. They wont believe in scary stories about ghosts. They would probably know its a joke....but i need something to SCARE them.

I have a nieghbors house whom i have entrance to. And I also have multiple trees that i am able to climb. And many places to hide.
I also have a garage, a gazibo and a pool.
 
i got one but different then wat u ask for ok take a shower then when the mirrior is fogged up right ur gonna die or im watching u something like that then when it dries or something when the next person takes a shower they will see that
