Does anyone know what might cause/fix this? My volume controls are just fine, but once I join a server, everything is muted until I alt-tab and change the volume back up....But once I join a new server, it gets muted again. In L4D, I can temporarily get a few seconds of sound when I change my speaker type (headphone/2 speakers)....
This doesn't happen in other games like Bad Company 2...
