I go to the gym for 30 minutes four times/week for muscle-building exercises. What exercise routines should I do?
I was thinking of working a muscle group per day. I would like to emphasize my knees and legs because I also play tennis.
Again... I only have 30 minutes per day, so please don't suggest increasing that amount of time. I can't.
I remember there was a page that would generate an exercise routine according to the amount of time you had. Does it still exist?
