Hair question !!! ASP !?

Oh ok well i have got my hair cut really short but i want it to grow fast like really soon and trim it ! and wash it ans everything . But i was wondering about the hair skin and nails(walmart) does that help you hair grow faster too ?

I never used that product nor do I have a clear picture of what it is, but you can always try it.
