hair ideas for the military ball? please help nobody answered last time?

its supposed to be a dance thats little more formal than prom. i have mediumish hair that hangs a few inches past my shoulders and its in long layers. i have a round/heart shaped face and brown hair and my dress is an orange coral color if that helps. im a little limited on hair stuff. i have a curling iron, a straightener, hair spray, mousse, gel, and some stuff that makes your hair shiny. thats about it. help me?
 
you could try slicking it back into a bun, and then use the stuff to make your hair shiny so it catches the light. i bet you'd look very pretty. :)
 
If your face is heart shape your hair would look great anyway because that face type can make any hair style look great. you could probably take your mousse and make it wavy and let it hang down especially if you have long layers that would look pretty. Or you could it would take a while but put sprial curls in it do u have hot rollers by any chance you could put big curls in it and just let it hang. or you could pull your hair to the side and put it in that messy/clean ponytail look.
