had this starter in a restaurant. can anyone suggest how to cook it please...?

shrimps, cubes of bacon, sliced mushroom, onion, rice. it was in a small amount of "sauce".
i can fry the ingredient's in garlic butter. but stuck on the sauce bit.
my hubby wants this as a main course on his birthday. cant ask the restaurant as was in cornwall on holiday. and cant recall name of the restaurant.
sauce was a creamy colour and tasted of garlic
