Had sort of a cramp in my perineal area..

So Yesteday i had this kind of a cramp in my perineal area which hurt but it wast all that bad, i just waited for it to go away and then proceeded to the bathroom.

After doing my thing, i noticed there was this red mist in my stool which i assumed was blood and thought oh well maybe it is because of the cramp i just had.

Anyway i went to the bathroom again today and noticed the same red mist in there, so that's why i come here to see if i could get any input on my situation.

There are many conditions that can cause blood in the stool, most are harmless. However you need to see a doctor and have a thorough examination to rule out anything serious. Blood in stool is NEVER normal. Good luck.
