Had sex, used condom, late period?

Okay so my girlfriend and I had sex for the first time about 3 weeks ago. we USED a condom but I still did NOT ejaculate inside of her. this was her first time and her "cherry was popped" in the process. now she is saying she is late on her period this month and very worried and nervous. what do you think? thanks
