had sex no period brownish discharge?

Alrighty, I had sex september 21st. did i do it with a condom yes BUT, he said the condom was old and had been sitting in the car ( florida ) forever. also I am on birth-control but the month september I screwed that month up hard, forgot almost everyday. even the day I had sex. smh dumbdumbdumb. now I supposed to have my period ? no period at all. only brown discharge on and off like I had it for a two days then it stopped , and then again two days and now just cramping, it's driving me nuts.
it happened before when i forgot my pills and still had a period. . . but nothing like this. could I be pregnant ?

You could be, the brown discharge could be implantation bleeding

yes you could be pregnant. take a test. if you are pregnant it will show up. DO NOT take anymore pills until you have taken a test. if you are pregnant and you are taking birth control pills, it could harm your baby. good luck to you dear!
