Over the years I have rented apartments, have always had bills in my name, owned credit cars, had student loans, etc. I have never had a late payment on anything (not credit card, paid of my student loans in a year, never missed any payments at all). I have always checked my credit reports every year, and every year they are great. Suddenly, this year, Experian says I do not have a credit history. They say I never have. They say no company has ever reported anything to them, and they can't even issue me a credit report. I asked who can I dispute this with, and was told nobody...that I don't have any credit. How could this happen? Any explanations or ideas? I can't believe how frustrating this is. Thanks a lot for any ideas or suggestions.
