Had a Treo, now what? Windows Mobile? Blackberry?

I had a Treo 650 last and picked up a Fujitsu Lifebook w/ EVDO and use that for Email/Internet access. Since I wasn't using much of the Treo's features I got rid of that and got a Razr V3x. I'm just not happy with it though as it barely has organizer capabilities, and I need my calendar/task list!!

I'm not a big fan of PalmOS so I'm debating what to get now. I don't really need a data plan on this device as if I need to access Email or do anything like that, I'll just fire up the Lifebook. However I would like something with a good organizer, and decent phone abilities. WiFi is not necessary, but bluetooth is as I want to use my headset. GPS is not necessary either but it would be a nice plus (either via internal receiver or bluetooth as I have one for my lifebook) It does need to be a GSM device as I use Cingular.

Price is not of concern as productivity outweighs that. I have considered going Blackberry and some sort of Windows Mobile device, but even have looked at SymbianOS as well. I'm just torn as there's a lot of options and I'm not sure what would be best.

well if price isnt a concern at all go with the new HP 69xx series... it has integrated gps, wm 5, and everything you need. the 8125 would be good too, but doesnt have gps. Or you could go blackberry, but i think wm 5.0 would be better for you.

6900 is out? It says available soon on HP's site.

I have a friend with the cingular 8125 and he said it can bog down real bad when on IM.. to the point the phone never rings. Maybe due to the ~300MHz processor?

I'm not finding it anywhere.. I even called HP and they said maybe the end of the month. Maybe I should just go down a model? I don't have to have a killer of a device.
