Had a miscarraige almost three months ago, now bleeding after sex?

I had a miscarraige at 12 weeks back in November (almost three months ago). Now after I have sex I bleed just a little bit. It doesn't happen every time, just when it's a little rougher. The thing is, this didn't happen too often before I was pregnant or during (unless it was REALLY rough sex).
Why is this happening? Should I be worried?
