...lactating. should I worry? I was getting irregular bleeding whilst on the depot injection. About a month after my second injection I passed a large blood clot (about the size of my fist). My nurse advised me not to have my 3rd injection. Since then I am leaking milk from my breast. should I be concerned? its been 3 monts since my last depot injection and no period.
