hacking my phone through bluetooth?

my ex boyfriend is hacking my cellphone text messages through bluetooth i was wondering if i turn my bluetooth off and change my bluetooth name or no name at all will the hacking stop and if not what an i do to make it stop.i have an samsung instinct and i was going to change the sim card ut it doesn't have one...someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
HACKING YOUR BLUETOOTH?? That is a very limited network, he has to be within 10 - 12 feet MAXIMUM from you. I seriously doubt that he is hacking your phone via bluetooth.

Turn the bluetooth OFF when not in use.

uninstall the headset, reinstall using a different pairing code.

You may have hit on a problem with the SIM card. He may have copied it. Take your phone to the phone store and have them give you a new account.
