Hack to activate a verizon phone?

So Im trying to Activate a phone, its Samsung SCH-U650, for Verizon.

Problem is that it is still in the family plan, if i want to do it legitly i would have to pay a termination fee. and i don't want to do that, in addition i want to change it so that it has the other number.

So are there any pro hackers that knows how to get about doing this? thanks in advance, pro tips are appreciated
 
You can't because you will have to use a third party server to communicate with other phones, at which time you will be caught.
