Im not sure how or when exactly it started but for the last 4 or 5 months i have had a habit of stretching out the right side of my stomach. I bend to the left a little and push it out. (if you dont understand what i mean its kind of the way you push when you pooping.. )
Anyway. I do it all the time! Every chance i get i try to do it. Sometimes while walking i will stop just to stretch it. In the car i do it alot. It gets really annoying. Im always uncomfortable feeling and have to stretch and sit a certain way. im always moving around when sitting and i can never realy get comfortable. It seems like when im under stress and have more anxiety that i stretch it more. Sometimes when it gets really bad i will stretch it out and suck it in until it starts hurting... then i end up with a sharp air bubble feeling in the right side of my stomach.
I read about people having turrets and doing this.. but in my case it isnt involuntary movements.. i can choose when i do it, even though its hard to tell myself not to. Sometimes i dont think about it and i dont get the urge to do it.. but i bet i do it atleast 100-200 times a day. I dont want this to end up being something i do without even noticing. its embarrassing.... i've had a few people ask what are you doing?? -it does look weird. So i try and hide it and just stretch a little or wait til im alone.
Also sometimes i stretch out my mouth by opening it wide, as if im screaming. This isnt nearly as bad as my stomach but its still something weird that i do, and i want them to stop. I dont know if this links in at all but i get angry easy and get in pissy moods if i dont understand something. If someone could help that would be great.
