H.O.T.D. Causes of the virus [POSSIBLE SPOILER]

Well, as we know the reason for the starting of the virus is still unknown. There didn't seem to be any signs whatsoever of what it could be, but I watched one of the episodes today and I observed something.. if you haven't noticed they seem to show the telephone masts quite a lot.. in the opening, during the anime, etc. and I thought if maybe that could do with anything, sound waves that affected people's brains and that's how it started? What do you people think?

i wouldnt like it if it just happen out of no where though, like Dawn Of The Dead, i have a long time i havent seen that movie but, if i remember correctly they dont say what caused them to turn like that. i know everyone has they're own opinions but i prefer this series to be a little more realistic and have a little realistic cause other than, god did it lol
