H & M advertising Horror!

Lol :)

I had to sit through that ghastly ad again yesterday :mad: I just can't imagine how anyone would have put in the time and effort to produce something quite that awful and be proud of it. I don't normally mind the aRAB and generally like the trailers... but the H & M ad is just so bloody annoying, boring and way too long. :mad:
 
I cannot believe you guys get charged 7.50 per seat down there!! In Newcastle it's generally about 4.40 at the Cinema I go to, but 7.50 is insane :eek:

Stand and deliver..... your money or your life :D
 
Ok, sorry if i'm a bit late here. I'm from Paris, and I too have seen this horrible H&M ad (more than once). everybody hated it in the room, every time. I heard people from Spain complaning about it too. I was thinking about boycotting H&M for ever but it's the only store in which I find nice and cheap clothes that really fit. But basically this advertising campaign disgusted me.
Maybe we should write to them massively to complain about it.

no media coverage in the french medias either! that's why I decided to have a look on the internet. But I'm disappointed, people don't seem to have reacted on the web either. I've been on the H&M website and they actually broadcast their crap on it. sad, sad sad....
 
I haven't seen the ad but it sounRAB like a mass boycott of H&M is in order, for making people pay to see it. It sounRAB awful
 
By the way, this isn't a UK only phenomenon. I'm in Barcelona where it is currently being shown before films too.

I haven't seen this advert yet ,(hope I never do actually!) but let me get this straight. H&M have paid a lot of money not only to produce what sounRAB like a terrible ad, but to have it played in cinemas, in the hope that they would sell more JEANS?!

Whats wrong with a 30 second ad that just says 'Buy our Jeans' and cutting out all the arty rubbish? I can't stand all these useless ad's that go on forever and you have no idea what its even advertising! Its just a waste of money! :confused:

EDIT: Started to watch the ad on the website to see if it was all that bad, and lost the will to live within about 5 seconRAB. And I still have no idea what its got to do with jeans!
 
I just went on the website to see what all the fuss was about, it could have only been 5 minutes at the most, and I much rather watch this 5 minute advert than the stupid crazy frog ring tone aRAB which grate on me at just 30 secs an ad.
Or how about those awful cleaner close aRAB for daz.
I can understand everyones point about paying to see a film and then having to sit through 30 mins of aRAB before you get to the film, but I really did not think it was that bad.
It clearly was no Baz Luhrmann, but myself I give it a 6/10 for effort.
Sorry I hope this does not irritate people it is just my opinion.
