Gym workout routines for women?

I'm in a weight training class at my college, I prefer the equipment over the free weights
but I generally only spent 30 minutes out of the hour I have in class actually working out.
I'm 5'5, 100lbs, 18.
I do a ton of leg workouts but what are some ab workouts I can do with some of the equipment?
We have pretty much everything.
