Hi everyone!
So I just signed in at the local gym, but the only thing is I really don't know which workout to do, there are so many different machines and I really don't know which to choose from.
Does anyone have a good workout plan that lasts only up to one hour (3x a week) that will help me build up my abs and arms? (legs not necessary, they are what I use most for tennis muahahah)

And yes, the gym is well equiped, I live in Portugal, not Antartica
