Gym work out please help?

OK so im on a wheat free diet and im eating healthy as i need to lose al together 8 stone. So i have the healthy eating sorted im just worried that when im working out in the gym that i will build muscle and not lose any weight. I do 45 mins of cardio then i work out on weight machines. I do 3 rep of 20 on the shoulder press, 3 reps of 20 on the lat pull down, 3 reps of 20 on the leg press 3 reps of 20 on the lever twist and 3 reps of 20 on the ab crunch. No i know as the more you work out the more you have to up everything to lose the weight. But i just want to lose the weight and tone up. Do you recon i will do this with my current work out or will i just build muscle?
