Hey everyone, im a 5 foot 2 woman (20) about 150lb. I need to know what my weekly workout should be. I want to get a tight fit belly thick legs and round butt. Im going to the gym mon-fri 5 days a week so im looking for 5 plans. I know to work on something one day and something diff the next day. I dont know anything about it so please help me out! Thanks
