A Aamir New member Dec 12, 2010 #1 ok i just started gym i was doing 5kg (11.0231131 pounds) dumbbells curl. i did 1st set of 20 but after i was able to do only 6 in 2nd set ! is this normal ? how to increase power in my hands ? if not what is the solution for this ?
