So i hit the gym a lot and would focus my diet all around it. Then I got sick for a week and lost about 8 pounds. Then i had baseball practice for 5 days and we did lots of running and conditioning. Now i went to the gym today and i felt like I could not do as much. I also did not feel as much burn as before, but I hear that the amount of burn doesn't matter. I felt really tired and couldn't even lift the light weights after awhile, even without the burn. Why did I feel weaker and when will I get back to normal?
