Gym: Do I Really need a workout plan?

Can't I Train my whole body in one session, Have a break the next day and do the same again?
I have a good diet plan and take whey protein before and after workouts.
Would I be able to gain any muscle like this?
I weigh about 132 Lbs (SKINNY!!) :(

Yes, I would like to 'Bulk Up' and I'm about 6 Ft.
