I was going to the gym 3-4 times a week and eating 4-5 times a day. Now I don't have much time for the gym, with work and school.
So it's been about 2 months or so since I haven't gone to the gym, and now I'm eating 3 times a day, cause I'm not really hungry, and sometimes I eat lunch cause I know I have to, but its a small meal since I'm not that hungry. I sometimes exercise at home when I have some time, but thats maybe twice a week if even.
I weighed myself today and I lost 1kg. since I last weighed myself which was about 3 weeks ago. And I had lost 2 kg after the first month right after I quit the gym. Why can this be? I'm happy with the weight loss but is it healthy? Like I said I'm eating 3 times a day, and maybe exercising twice a week at home, but it isn't as much as I did while at the gym.
I read online, that when you lose weight fast you are losing water weight and muscle, could this be the case? I hope not! I drink water throughout the day also, if that helps.
