Gym and my period???

I'm on my period and have gym tomorrow but for gym you have to get change in the locker room with a bunch of other girls but you get use to it anyway I need to wear a pad but what if when I am taking off my pants the girls see my pad and all! Is there any way I can hide it and I can't go to the bathroom cause thats out of the locker room.
