...not come up2 girls and chat them u? eg: a girl goes out 4 cofee with friends, a guy sitting across from her with his friends checks her out alot, smiles, looks etc, but then says a remark like ''bye'' and smile and walk off?
or
eg: at a shopping centre, a guy walks past and says ''sexy'' and walks off and looks back and smiles, and keeps walking? y dont they chat u up?
 
They are afraid you will kill them and drain their blood. There is truth to that joke. They are afraid of rejection. It is safe from a distance. Or they might be in a relationship and just flirting for fun and because you are pretty.
